Lowest Price Guarantee

At Complete North America we are confident that our independent status with no commercial ties to any one company/provider means we can offer holidays for you at the very lowest price whilst still offering complete financial protection, specialist advice and booking management from the moment you enquire to the moment you return home.

If we provide you with a quote for a holiday that you believe you can find at a lower cost for a like for like holiday then we will not just match the price but we will beat it.

Terms and Conditions

Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies to identical holidays, supplied by a UK based Tour Operator holding both an ATOL and ABTA Operating licence, covering all elements, including party size, dates, duration, flight times, flight numbers, transfers, hotel, room type, number of rooms and board basis. The holiday must be available and sent to us by email in a written quote in pounds sterling and be immediately available to us for review.

• The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to Complete North America holidays to the USA and/or Canada and does not apply to flight only or car hire only bookings.
• The person responsible for making the booking (lead name) must make the claim.
• The holiday booking you are asking us to review must be from an ABTA Member and/or ATOL holder. The holiday must include any handling charges, booking fees, credit card fees and offer the same booking terms.
• The holiday price you are asking us to review must be available to the general public and cannot include in its price any money off coupons, corporate discounts, staff discounts or promotional vouchers
• Complete North America must be able to obtain the same price without being a member or part of a loyalty scheme.
• The holiday must be available in Pounds Sterling.

We will review the details of your Price Match request and reply to you via email within 24 hours.

Fixed Price Guarantee

Prices change minute by minute, and the costs may go up or down at any time.

When you book with Complete North America, we guarantee the price applicable at the time of booking. Airlines and hotels may subsequently change their prices closer to departure or during sale periods. Additionally fluctuations in currency rates of exchange will change costs, however Complete North America will have already secured the original price on your behalf.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Lowest Price Guarantee or restrict its availability to any person at any time for any or no reason and without prior notice or liability to you.
