Weather
In the North Eastern region the climate is similar to the UK, however the summers tend to be a little warmer and you should also allow for rapidly changing conditions in the mountain regions. In the spring and winter it is very common to see snow.
Best time to visit
New England is famous for its glorious fall foliage – best from mid-September until November – as billions of leaves change from green to a kaleidoscope of colours. The air is crisp and cool, and farm stands are piled high with crunchy apples and orange pumpkins.
