South Florida and the Florida Keys experiences a true tropical climate while further north is classed as ‘humid subtropical’. Even in the winter months temperatures average at about 20C in Miami. In the summer the whole state will likely be consistently 30C.
Best time to visit
Florida receives year-round sunshine and constantly pleasant temperatures. The only thing we’ll say is hurricane season is at its peak from August to October, so these months might be best to avoid!
