Dear Alistair,

Just wanted to let you know, we had a great holiday. The Loden hotel was perfect – quiet, comfortable, and friendly staff. Just what we needed after a long flight. We also enjoyed Vancouver Island and can thoroughly recommend Aboriginal Journeys for their boat trips from Campbell River.  We saw Orcas and a humpback whale.

Not so keen on Whistler but we loved Jasper, very laid-back and relaxing. The drive to Banff was amazing. Banff itself was busy  so we made use of the hotel’s spa on the last morning as it was raining.

As always, your instructions and attention to detail were spot-on.  Thanks again.

Oh, and the horses were incredible!
