Hello David,

I’ve booked a few family trips with you at CNA and the last two have been handled by Alistair.

So I just wanted to let you know what fantastic service I’ve always received ~ you’ve got a great asset there!

As a former travel writer for The Sunday Telegraph and fairly regular visitor to the States, I like to think that I know what I’m doing anyway! But Alistair’s advice has been invaluable ~ ours was a 3 week trip from Vancouver to San Diego by train and car so lots of decisions needed.

He handled everything so professionally and expertly that I felt I needed to write. Sorry to make you blush Alistair but you played a vital part in organising a trip we’ll never forget…
