This is a customer review from the Stuart party who went on a holiday to the west coast at the end of September 2016.

Hi David

This is to say a huge thank you to your team for arranging and supporting my husband and I through our special holiday.

My initial phone call to Complete North America was picked up by Andy Bowman. Having made Andy aware of our requirements and budget he said he would come back to me within 24 hours with a proposal. He actually came back the same afternoon with a plan which mirrored our requests. We only had one flight time to amend. On agreeing this was the holiday for us Andy went through the documentation verbally and followed it up by e-mail. I was very impressed with Andy’s customer service.

Our balance was due to be paid on 2nd July but unfortunately we had an unexpected bereavement in the family and I was not physically able to move money. Andy, my husband, phoned your office to explain we would be 72 hours late with our balance and once again was meet with courtesy and understanding.

On receiving our travel documents, which again arrived well within the expected time frame, there was a typing error regarding one of our flights. I phoned and spoke to Alistair who again demonstrated excellent service by apologising and rectifying the error. The amended itinerary arrived within an hour.

Our travel documents were spot on. We were very  impressed with our personalised Road Book.   The detail in this was second to none. It was invaluable and our most treasured piece of luggage.

We had an excellent holiday, or vacation as I feel obliged to call it even though a deer tried to take us out in Yosemite. The deer survived and so did we but our car was a bit worse for wear. Again your company had covered this for us in our car hire.

Our memories will keep us in lively conversation for a long time.  This was certainly our holiday of a life time. Andy plans to send a couple of photos once he has culled the unwanted.

Once again a million thanks to your team for the in depth package, and support Andy and I received.

We will certainly have no qualms in recommending Complete North America to family and friends
