Hi all,

I have completed the online survey, but just wanted to write directly to say a very big thank you.

The optional tours were all excellent; the accommodation was perfectly fine; all of the bookings went smoothly; Bush pilots and float planes met us where and when agreed; and the itinerary was exactly right to make the most of Alaska in the time we had available.

Even the weather was beyond what we might have reasonably expected; although I acknowledge that you probably had no direct involvement with that.

The booking process was fantastic; with Juliet organising and keeping us in touch with our evolving needs; and everything ran impressively smoothly.

All-in-all, this was truly the great holiday we had hoped. So, again, thank you very, very much.
